Abstract This calculation method is characterized in comprising: a first step for repeating a first attempt for conducting structural analysis under a first heating condition that includes a first heating line and comparing the result of analysis and a target shape; a second step for selecting, as a first selected heating line, a first heating line set in a first attempt in which the analysis result approached the target shape among the repeated first attempts; a third step for repeating a second attempt for conducting structural analysis under a second heating condition that includes the first selected heating line and a second heating line and comparing the result of analysis and the target shape; and a fourth step for selecting, as a second selected heating line, a second heating line set in a second attempt in which the analysis result approached the target shape among the repeated second attempts. This calculation method is also characterized in that in the first or third step, the analysis result and the target shape are divided into a plurality of blocks, and the analysis result and the target shape are compared for each block.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
A marine vessel has complex curved surface shapes in the bow, barbs, stern, and the like. In order to create these curved surface shapes, a plurality of steel plates are subjected to bending, and the steel plates are joined by welding. As a technique of bending, linear heating is widely used in the marine manufacturing field. "Linear heating" utilizes thermal deformation that occurs when the surface of the steel plate is heated by a gas burner, and is a technique that has now been used for many marine boats in countries. When bending the steel plate by linear heating, plastic deformation occurs in the steel plate when the heating portion is rapidly cooled by adding water to the steel plate while locally heating the steel plate by the flame of the gas burner. This plastic deformation can be controlled by adjusting the heat input to the steel plate by changing the rate of movement of the gas burner to be heated, the mixing ratio of combustion gas to inflow oxygen, the distance between the burner and the steel plate, and the like. Further, the bending by linear heating is a processing technique in which the steel plate approaches a target curved surface shape by arranging a plurality of heating wires at appropriate positions. However, the deformation that occurs during linear heating is complicated by a mixture of vertical shrinkage, horizontal shrinkage, and vertical bending and horizontal bending. the deformation also depends on the amount of heat input, the gas burner movement speed, the heating position, and the like, and therefore the deformation is extremely difficult to predict. therefore, the bending by linear heating is one technique that makes it difficult to automate. A heating plan calculation method used to realize automation of bending by linear heating has been proposed (see Patent Document 1, for example).
