Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
The lithium secondary battery, high voltage, for high capacity, a mobile phone, digital camera, video camera, a notebook personal computer, as a power source of electric vehicles are widely used. Generally flows in the lithium secondary battery, as an electrolyte, electrolyte salt is dissolved in the non-aqueous solvent using a liquid electrolyte.
