発明の概要(英語) Provided is a novel method for producing 4-aminocinnamic acid from 4-nitrophenylalanine. This method comprises: (1) converting 4-nitrophenylalanine into 4-nitrocinnamic acid; and (2) converting 4-nitrocinnamic acid into 4-aminocinnamic acid.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Concern for depletion of petroleum resources and due to the problem of carbon dioxide emission, renewable resources using biomass fuel, of a system for producing chemical products are increasing in importance. Biomass-derived polymers include, aliphatic-based polymers and aromatic polymers, research at the present time, is currently under development is, mainly including polylactic acid and aliphatic-based polymer. Polylactic acid is heat-resistant, is a common problem of low durability, and improvement of the crystallinity being improved by these problems. On the other hand, the thermal stability of the aromatic polymer is excellent in terms of mechanical strength and the like often show a phase change material, engineering plastic is expected to be used as a starting material.
Biomass-derived aromatic polymer as a raw material monomer is particularly noted, 4-amino cinnamic acid. Patent Document 1 and Non-Patent Document 1 is, 4-amino cinnamic acid as a raw material excellent in heat-resistant aromatic polymer has been reported a method of synthesizing. Therefore, the material of the highly heat-resistant polymer such as a monomer, from the biomass 4-amino cinnamic acid synthesized at a high efficiency is demanded.
The inventors of the present invention, the biomass from glucose 4-amino cinnamic acid as a method, using an enzyme derived from a microorganism, first glucose chorismate and 4-through the acid amino phenyl pill bottle 4-(Patent Document 2) synthesized aminophenylalanine, then in 4-the aminophenylalanine 4-amino cinnamic acid (Patent Document 3) converts the developed for the path.
