発明の概要(英語) Provided are a method capable of suppressing freezing damage even when biological materials such as organs are stored at low temperature for extended periods, and a composition for preventing freezing damage. The present invention pertains to a method for suppressing freezing damage to biological materials, the method including inhibiting the sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) signaling pathway of the biological material, and a composition for preventing freezing damage that contains, as an active ingredient, a substance that inhibits the S1P signaling pathway.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
