発明の概要(英語) The present disclosure provides an inflammation-suppressing composition, wherein the composition contains at least one substance for destroying a stem-loop structure in the 3'-untranslated region of regnase-1 mRNA, the stem-loop structure being at least one stem-loop structure selected from a first stem-loop structure formed of a region corresponding to the 231st to 245th positions of SEQ ID NO: 1 and a second stem-loop structure formed of a region corresponding to the 424th to 442nd positions of SEQ ID NO: 1.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Inflammation associated with many diseases, and autoimmune diseases among septic shock is important. Septic shock as severe symptoms of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and the like, the treatment method, such as the administration of the steroid is limited. With respect to the treatment of autoimmune diseases, chronic rheumatoid arthritis for the use of immunosuppressive agents such as methotrexate, TNF, IL-6 receptors, cytokines such as IL-1 receptor antibodies targeting therapy has been developed in recent years. Legnase-1 is, of the target mRNA 3 'untranslated region (3' UTR) recognizes the presence of the stem-loop structure, protein translation occurs degrading mRNA (non-patent document 1). Legnase-1 also has a structure of one cycle of 1 mRNA,-1 recognized by the own legnase, are known to be decomposed (non-patent document 2).
