発明の概要(英語) The present disclosure provides a labeling method for biological samples, the method comprising: (a) a step in which an immobilizing agent is applied to a cell-containing biological sample; and (b) a step in which a labeling reagent is applied to the cell-containing biological sample (either one among step (a) or step (b) can be performed first, or step (a) and step (b) can be performed simultaneously). The labeling reagent contains: a ligand for a cell surface receptor; a labeling substance; and at least one reactive group that reacts with the immobilizing agent. Some of the cells contained in the cell-containing biological sample include said cell surface receptor. The cell surface receptor comprises a ligand binding site and at least one reactive group that reacts with the immobilizing agent. The immobilizing agent reacts with the reactive group of the labeling reagent and the reactive group of the cell surface receptor to form a covalent bond, whereby the labeling reagent and the cell surface receptor are connected to each other.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Cell surface receptors, cell recognition, signal transduction, material transport into and out of the cells, is important as points of action of the drug, hydrophobic proteins embedded in the cell membrane is difficult for separated and purified, labeled antibodies to cell surface receptors can be performed.
Exposed on the surface of a biological sample of cells in the case of labeling, the labeling of cells with antibodies is possible, if the thickness of a layer of cells, such as an antibody and a large molecule is difficult to penetrate to the deep portion, the deep portion of the label can be difficult.
Patent Document 1 is, with respect to neurotransmitter receptors labeled ligand a compound having a labeled neurotransmitter receptor by the technique is disclosed, wherein the compound is used as the stability of the compound is labeled, a deep portion of the entire tissue there is room for improvement in terms of the label.
