発明の概要(英語) The present disclosure provides a method for concentrating or separating at least one polymer compound that has a specific hetero atom-containing end group from a plurality of polymer compounds that have at least one hetero atom-containing end group different from each other. The at least one polymer compound that has a specific end group is represented by formula (I); and the plurality of polymer compounds are mixed with a porous channel material in the presence or absence of a solvent, so that the at least one polymer compound that has a specific end group is concentrated or separated into the pores of the porous channel material. (In formula (I), Y1 represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, CH3CH(CH3)-, CH3CH(CH2CH3)- or a monovalent hetero atom-containing end group; Y2 represents a monovalent hetero atom-containing end group; in cases where Y1 is a monovalent hetero atom-containing end group, Y1 and Y2 may be the same as or different from each other; and RU represents a polymer main body that is represented by formula (II) (wherein z represents an integer of 2 or more).)
