発明の概要(英語) Provided is a method for modifying a polypropylene resin molded body by means of a side-chain crystalline block copolymer which has a long alkane chain in a side chain, while having good interaction force with the polypropylene resin molded body, and which is capable of modifying the surface characteristics. Also provided is a modified polypropylene resin molded body. A method for modifying a polypropylene resin molded body, which comprises a step for bringing a polypropylene resin molded body and a copolymer solution that contains the side-chain crystalline block copolymer into contact with each other, while maintaining the temperature of the copolymer solution at 40-120°C. A modified polypropylene resin molded body which comprises a substrate that is composed of a polypropylene resin molded body, and which has a moiety that contains the side-chain crystalline block copolymer in at least a part of the substrate.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene hydrophobic is a cheap chemical resistance, mechanical properties and excellent packing material or the like from the container and the resin is widely used. On the other hand, modification of surface properties of these resins may be difficult, such as hydrophobic nature of the resin itself is originally provided in the range has been limited in its applications.
The inventors of the present invention, the surface characteristic of the modified polyethylene, for example hydrophilic and the adhesion can be imparted to the side chain crystalline block copolymer (Side Chain Crystalline Block Copolymer: SCCBC) technology has been used.
