発明の概要(英語) A hydrogel of which the degradation is accurately controlled can be provided by a photodegradable hydrogel production method, the method comprising the steps of: reacting α-glucan having a weight average molecular weight of 2000 to 200,000 with a compound represented by formula I to introduce a group represented by formula II into the α-glucan; oxidizing the α-glucan having, introduced therein, the group represented by formula II with periodic acid or a periodate salt to introduce an aldehyde group into the α-glucan; and adding aminated carrageenan gel beads having polydopamine particles embedded therein to a gelling agent which has been prepared by introducing a group represented by formula II and an aldehyde group into α-glucan, and then causing the crosslinking reaction of the resultant product with a polythiol-type reducing agent to form the hydrogel.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Medical, in particular a surgical adhesive agent, the gelling agent or a hydrogel biodegradable, has been developed (Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2). Such a medical adhesive, the adhesive of the biological tissue, filler, anti-adhesion, such as a hemostatic used. Then, for these medical adhesive is hydrogel, and then serve the purpose, a suitable in vivo can be decomposed into is demanded.
Further, such a hydrogel, drug delivery applications have been used in a substrate, for example, proteins such as gelatin gel, polysaccharides such as alginic acid or hyaluronic acid gel and the like are known. These DDS for the substrate of the hydrogel may be, for drug release, can be decomposed into an appropriate in vivo is demanded.
Patent Document 3 is, the hydrogel can degrade in vivo has been disclosed.
