Title INORGANIC PIGMENT
Abstract An inorganic pigment according to the present invention is characterized by being represented by formula (1) below: Ba3W1.5(V1 – xMnx)0.5O8.75 (1) (wherein the relationship 0.01 ≤ x ≤ 0.50 is satisfied). The inorganic pigment according to the present invention preferably has a lamellar crystal structure. The inorganic pigment according to the present invention also preferably has a trigonal unit cell. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a green-hued inorganic pigment that has low toxicity and superior chromogenicity and thermal stability.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
Pigments, such as paint and ink used as the coloring agent. For example, as the organic green pigment, phthalocyanine coloring clearly a very strong force (for example, see Patent Document 1), malachite green and the like, these pigments may be organic, poor heat resistance, is not suitable for use at high temperatures. For example, these organic green-based pigments, ceramic or ceramic is used in the pottery such as coloring, the color temperature at the time of printing is degraded.
Inorganic pigments, organic pigments compared with high definition and a high heat resistance and has a, ink or paint, used in the cosmetics.
Of the green inorganic pigment, cobalt and cadmium (Cd) (Co), chromium (Cr) or the like many of the elements. Such pigments are, with the advantage that the color is bright, highly toxic to the environment and human body are known to exhibit.
In addition, ceramics (CuCO3, cu (OH) 2) is, the oldest known green inorganic pigment in a clear, high temperature stability is poor.
Cobalt, and a vivid color tone can be issued, cobalt green (Co2TiO4, CoO, ZnO) or the like, pigments are often used, in addition to the problem of toxicity, supply also has a problem that unstable.
Chemically stable as an inorganic pigment, a chromium oxide green (Cr2O3), ((AlCr) 2O3) such as chromium green and, toxic hexavalent chromium is very strong, in a direction to restrict the use of chromium itself.
Namely, good coloring property, high temperature stability, low toxicity and has both the green pigment, which has not been in existence until now.
