Title GUIDED LIVESTOCK HEADCOUNT REGULATING DEVICE AND REVERSE INCURSION REGULATING DEVICE

 前記開閉ユニットは、所定の軌道に沿って進退自在な可動基部と、該可動基部により一部を家畜の進入方向と並行な方向へ所定の角度範囲内で回動自在に支持され、且つ他部を入口部に向けて延出した複数の開閉片と、を備え、前記各開閉片のうちの一部は、前記可動基部が開放位置から閉止位置に移動する過程、及び移動した後で、前記家畜と接触しつつ該家畜の前進を許容する一方で、他の前記開閉片は前記家畜と前記誘導路との間の隙間内に位置して他の家畜が前記隙間から進入することを阻止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の家畜の誘導頭数規制装置。

 前記各開閉片は、前記可動基部により家畜の進入方向と並行な方向へ回動自在に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の家畜の誘導頭数規制装置。

 前記各開閉片は、前記開放位置では、前記入口と並行な姿勢か、該並行な方向よりも所定角度入口部の外方へ傾斜した傾斜姿勢を保持しており、前記閉止位置に移動する過程においても当該各姿勢を維持し続け、且つ家畜に接触して押圧されることにより開放方向へ回動することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の家畜の誘導頭数規制装置。

 前記各開閉片は、前記並行な姿勢、又は前記傾斜姿勢を越えて前記入口部の内側方向へ回動できないことを特徴とする請求項2乃至4の何れか一項に記載の家畜の誘導頭数規制装置。

 前記開閉片は、複数の開閉小片を関節部を介して回動自在に連結した構成を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至5の何れか一項に記載の家畜の誘導頭数規制装置。

[請求項7]
 前記開閉ユニットは、進退自在な可動基部と、該可動基部により個別に、且つ直線的に出没、進退自在に支持された複数の開閉片と、備え、前記各開閉片のうちの一部は、前記可動基部が開放位置から閉止位置に移動する過程、及び移動した後で、前記家畜の前進を許容する一方で、他の前記開閉片は前記家畜と前記誘導路との間の隙間内に位置して他の家畜が前記隙間から進入することを阻止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の家畜の誘導頭数規制装置。

[請求項8]
 前記誘導路は、前記入口部内に進入した家畜が前進、及び後退可能な一つの歩行路、及び、該歩行路の左右両側縁に沿って配置されて前記歩行路上の前記家畜の方向転換を阻止する左右の側方規制部材により形成され、
 前記歩行路は、前記入口部よりも内側の内部歩行路と、前記入口部の外側に位置する外部歩行路と、を有し、
 前記内部歩行路と前記外部歩行路の路面には、家畜が横たわることを阻止する障害突起部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の家畜の誘導頭数規制装置。

[請求項9]
 家畜が退出する出口部を有した誘導路において、前記出口部から家畜が前記誘導路内に逆侵入することを規制する逆侵入規制装置であって、
 前記出口部からの家畜の退出を常時可能とする一方で、家畜が外部から該出口部内に逆侵入することを阻止するために回動自在に支持された複数の開閉片と、
 前記各開閉片間に突出することにより前記誘導路内の家畜を前記出口部から退出不能に閉鎖する閉鎖位置と、前記各開閉片間から退避することにより家畜を前記出口部から退出可能とする退避位置との間を進退する進退片と、
 を備えていることを特徴とする家畜の逆侵入規制装置。
