発明の概要(英語) This object surface processing method comprises: (a) a resin layer forming step of forming a resin layer containing a photosensitive resin on a substrate; (b) a primary irradiation step of irradiating light onto the resin layer from the surface on the side of the substrate which is opposite the side on which the resin layer has been formed; (c) an object disposition step of disposing, on the light-irradiated resin layer, an object having a non-flat surface, and (d) a secondary irradiation step of further irradiating light onto the resin layer from the surface on the side of the substrate which is opposite the side on which the resin layer has been formed, wherein the primary irradiation step is carried out under conditions wherein a portion of the resin layer is not cured, and the object disposition step is carried out in such a manner that the non-flat surface of the object faces the resin layer.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
In vitro cell culture techniques, rather than a conventional planar environment the cells are cultured in three-dimensional environment has been studied a technique of recent years. Culturing the cells in a three-dimensional environment can be, in a manner similar to in vivo experiments are close to the environment becomes possible. Also, by culturing the cell of its own after the formation of the living tissue in vivo reproduction use in the medical field are also expected.
A three-dimensional environment for a cell culture (scaffold) as a material, a porous body with excellent biocompatibility has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1). On the other hand, complicated three-dimensional shape using a photolithography technique for fabricating a fine structure has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 2).
