発明の概要(英語) In the present invention, a method for producing a compound of formula I comprises a step for causing a compound of formula III to undergo a Pechmann condensation reaction with respect to a compound of formula II in the presence of an organic solvent and an acid catalyst to obtain a compound of formula IV, and due to such method, provided are a novel photoreactive compound and a method for producing same that can be used for nucleic acid photoreaction technology.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Basic techniques in the field of molecular biology are nucleic acid ligation and nucleic acid crosslinking. The linkage and crosslinking of the nucleic acid are used, for example, in combination with hybridization, for introduction of a gene or detection of a base sequence, or for example, for inhibition of gene expression. For this reason, techniques for linking and crosslinking nucleic acids are very important techniques used not only in basic research of molecular biology but also in diagnosis and therapy in the medical field, or in development and production of therapeutic agents, diagnostic agents, and the like, and in development and production of enzymes, microorganisms, and the like in industry and agriculture fields.
Photoreaction techniques of nucleic acids include photocoupling techniques using 5-set (Patent Document 1: Patent No.3753938, Patent Document 2: Patent No.3753942,), Disclosed are photocrosslinking techniques using a modified nucleoside having a 3-vinylcarbazole structure at a base site. (Patent Document 3: Patent No.4814904 and Patent Document 4: Patent No.4940311.).
