発明の概要(英語) This shaping apparatus is provided with: a movement processing unit that heats a droplet so that the temperature of the droplet becomes higher on the peripheral side thereof in the horizontal-direction than in the center, and moves the droplet by moving the heating position; and a shaping unit that carries out shaping by partially changing the droplet into a solid in a prescribed shaping region.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
There is an optical shaping (Stereolithography) among 1 methods capable of shaping a 3-dimensional object. In the optical shaping, a target is shaped by irradiating a liquid material with light such as ultraviolet laser light to partially change the material into a solid. In connection with optical shaping, Non-Patent Document 1 discloses a method of shaping silver fine structures by photoreduction (Photoreduction). In the method described in Non-Patent Document 1, an aqueous solution containing silver ions is irradiated with a laser beam to condense silver into a target shape, and then the aqueous solution is removed.
In addition, Non-Patent Document 2 discloses an experimental example in which optical shaping using a combination of a plurality of materials is performed. In the experimental example described in Non-Patent Document 2, an acrylic resin and a methacrylic resin are molded by photopolymerization (Photopolymerization), and then a magnetic material is electroless-plated. As a result, only the acrylic resin of the acrylic resin and the methacrylic resin is selectively plated. Non-Patent Document 3 uses a method in which acrylic resin or the like is introduced into a molding unit using a micro flow path, and molding is performed using a plurality of resin materials by switching materials by a valve.
In this way, by performing optical molding using a plurality of types of materials, an object having various characteristics can be molded.
