The gall bladder-duodenal bypass procedure is a method for bypassing the duodenal-gall bladder by a digestive endoscope to remove pyruvate and gallstones, and has advantages that the gall bladder-duodenal bypass procedure is less invasive, Since a wall for opening a hole for bypass in the gallbladder and the duodenum is provided in a free state in which the gallbladder and the duodenum are not fixed to each other, bile may leak from a perforated part during operation.
An ultrasonic endoscopic gallbladder drainage (EUS-GBD) is a conservative treatment other than PTGBD. In recent years, a report showing the effectiveness of EUS-GBD in spite of the small number of, s has been scattered.
