Abstract The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an anchor instrument capable of binding together a plurality of tissues rapidly and in a minimally invasive manner. An anchor instrument (1) for binding together a plurality of tissues comprises: a shaft (2) having a longitudinal axis; and a first anchor part (6) and a second anchor part (8) which are formed separated from each other on the shaft (2). The first anchor part (6) has a plurality of elongated anchor arms (7) capable of expanding, taking a first position (12) of the shaft to be the origin, in a direction of separation from the longitudinal axis of the shaft (2) and toward the second anchor part (8). The second anchor part (8) has a plurality of elongated anchor arms (9) capable of expanding, taking a second position (13) of the shaft (2) to be the origin, in a direction of separation from the longitudinal axis of the shaft (2) and toward the first anchor part (6).
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
Gall cystitis is a disease causing inflammation in the gallbladder, and gall cystitis is divided into acute gall cystitis and chronic gall cystitis.
Conventional methods of treating gall cystitis include primarily laparoscopic gall cysticoectomy, percutaneous transhepatic gall cysticodrainage and gall cysticosis-duodenal bypass. The percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage (Percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage: PTGBD) is configured to indwelling a drainage tube in the gallbladder via the liver, The treatment is a treatment for draining bile stagnating in the gallbladder for a certain period of time, and can be applied to elderly people, emergency patients, and high-risk patients, but there is a problem that the treatment is painful, and the tube is occluded or pulled out.
The gall bladder-duodenal bypass procedure is a method for bypassing the duodenal-gall bladder by a digestive endoscope to remove pyruvate and gallstones, and has advantages that the gall bladder-duodenal bypass procedure is less invasive, Since a wall for opening a hole for bypass in the gallbladder and the duodenum is provided in a free state in which the gallbladder and the duodenum are not fixed to each other, bile may leak from a perforated part during operation.
An ultrasonic endoscopic gallbladder drainage (EUS-GBD) is a conservative treatment other than PTGBD. In recent years, a report showing the effectiveness of EUS-GBD in spite of the small number of, s has been scattered. EUS-GBD has advantages such that treatment can be performed only by venous anesthesia without requiring general anesthesia as in gallbladder ectomy, less pain to the patient compared to PTGBD, no self-extraction by the patient, and the like, and is described as Tokyo Guideline2018 (TG18) treatment options.
