発明の概要(英語) Provided are a biological information measurement device, a biological information measurement method, and a biological information measurement program which make it possible to improve the accuracy of detection of an optimal exercise intensity. In this biological information measurement device, a heartbeat counting means measures an HR value indicating the heart rate on the basis of heart rate data obtained by collecting the heartbeat of a subject during exercise, and an analysis means calculates an LF value which is an integrated value of a low-frequency component by a power spectrum analysis of a heartbeat fluctuation frequency of the heart rate data. A detection means detects an HR/LF value by dividing the HR value for the exercise intensity of the subject by the LF value. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain biological information important for health management by the biological information measurement device determining the HR/LF value as a novel index indicating sympathetic nerve activity.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Exercise is performed for health promotion, prevention/treatment of lifestyle habits, and training. The exercise for applying a load to the body is difficult to obtain if the load (intensity) is insufficient. Also, on the contrary, excessive loads may be adversely affected on the body. In order to determine safe and effective exercise intensity, it is recommended to measure a lactic acid work area value (LT) and a ventilation work threshold value (VT) to determine the exercise intensity. However, it is difficult to spread widely because skilled techniques and expensive instruments are required to perform these measurements.
For example, Japanese Patent Document 1 discloses an exercise load measuring apparatus which enables each subject to exercise with an optimum exercise amount according to his/her physical strength or the like.
The exercise load measuring apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent Document 1 detects a variation in heartbeat interval of a subject in an exercise state to detect the exercise load of the subject. The measuring device detects an integral value (HFpower) of a high frequency band and an integral value (LFpower) of a low frequency band from a power spectrum obtained by Fourier transformation of fluctuation of heartbeat intervals of a subject in a motion state, and detects a motion load of the subject from HFpower. The exercise intensity is detected from the ratio of the HFpower (HF value) to the LFpower (LF value), the HF value and the ratio of the LF value to the HF value are converted into an exercise index indicating the exercise load, the exercise index converted from the HF value and the exercise index converted by the ratio of the LF value to the HF value are added, and the exercise load is detected from the added exercise index.
