従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
The CoFe2O4 nanoparticles, which are metal nanoparticles, have properties as supermagnetic materials or ferromagnetic materials. CoFe2O4 nanoparticles can impart magnetic properties to media by mixing them with media that do not have magnetic properties. CoFe2O4 nanoparticles are used in magnetic tapes, hard disks, magnetic switches, and the like.
Patent Document 1 discloses a manufacturing method for a non-aqueous solvent in which fatty acid-coated inorganic particles are dispersed, the method comprising the steps of: adding a temporary coating substance such as thiomalic acid to a non-polar solvent in which fatty acid-coated inorganic particles are dispersed, and replacing the fatty acid coating of the particles with the temporary coating substance coating; A method of producing surface-coated inorganic particles has been proposed in which a polar solvent-dispersible coating material such as citric acid is added to a dispersion prepared by dispersing inorganic particles coated with a temporary coating material in a polar solvent, and the temporary coating material coating is replaced with the polar solvent-dispersible coating material.
Patent Document 2 describes a particle dispersion in which metal compound particles are dispersed in a dispersion medium by a dispersing agent, wherein the metal compound particles are at least one type selected from the group consisting of metal oxide particles, metal (acid) sulfide particles, metal (acid) selenide particles, metal (acid) nitride particles, and metal carbide particles.
