Abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a hydrophobic fluorescent probe molecule of the high-fluorescent quantumefficiency type which enables highly sensitive detection in vivo, amethod of detecting a biopolymer and a method of detecting an interaction between biomoleculesby using this hydrophobic fluorescent probe molecule of the high-fluorescent quantumefficiency type. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A fluorescent probe wherein anarylethynyl group having a substituent is introduced into a fluorescent organic groupcapable of forming an excimer which is typified by a fluorescent probe having anarylethynyl group substituted with a maleimide group introduced at the 1-position ofa pyrene skeleton. A method of detecting a biopolymer and a method of detecting aninteraction between biomolecules which can be carried out by labeling a test biopolymerwith this fluorescent probe molecule.
Scope of claims (In Japanese)
【請求項1】置換基を有するアリールエチニル基を蛍光性有機分子に導入したことを特徴とする蛍光プローブ分子。

【請求項2】アリールエチニル基がフェニルエチニル基またはチエニルエチニル基であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の蛍光プローブ分子

【請求項3】置換基が以下の置換基から選ばれたものであることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の蛍光プローブ分子(式中、Xはハロゲン原子を;mは0または1~5の整数を;nおよびpは1~5の整数を意味する。)

【請求項4】無置換のアリールエチニル基および式(rは6~10の整数を意味する)で示される基を蛍光性有機分子に導入したことを特徴とする蛍光プローブ分子。

【請求項5】アリールエチニル基がフェニルエチニル基またはチエニルエチニル基であることを特徴とする請求の範囲4に記載の蛍光プローブ分子

【請求項6】蛍光性有機分子がピレン、アントラセン、フルオレンまたはペリレンであることを特徴とする請求の範囲1~5のいずれかに記載の蛍光プローブ分子

【請求項7】請求の範囲1~6に記載のいずれかの蛍光プローブ分子を用いたことを特徴とする生体高分子検出法。

【請求項8】請求の範囲1~6に記載のいずれかの蛍光プローブ分子のエキシマー形成能を用いたことを特徴とする生体高分子間相互作用検出法。
