Abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a method, which can analyze environmental microorganismsin a simple and rapid manner, and an apparatus therefor. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS]An extractor for a quinone compound comprises an extraction vessel (9) into whichan environment-derived sample can be introduced, a liquid feed line (6) for insertingsupercritical carbon dioxide into the extraction vessel (9), pumps (3, 5)forfeeding supercritical carbon dioxide into the liquid feed line (6), a back pressureregulator (11) for maintaining the inside of the extraction vessel (9) at a predeterminedpressure, a heater (10) for maintaining the extraction vessel (9) at a predeterminedtemperature, and an adsorption member (12) for adsorbing the extracted quinonecompound. In order to carry out the extraction step, an environment-derivedsample is introduced into the extraction vessel (9), and, while regulating theheater (10) at a predetermined temperature, the pumps (3, 5) are driven, and carbondioxide and methanol are inserted at respective predetermined flow rates throughthe line (6).
Scope of claims (In Japanese)
【請求項1】環境由来試料に圧縮二酸化炭素を接触させる抽出工程を備えることを特徴とするキノン化合物の抽出方法。

【請求項2】前記圧縮二酸化炭素が超臨界二酸化炭素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキノン化合物の抽出方法。

【請求項3】前記圧縮二酸化炭素には、有機溶媒が添加されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のキノン化合物の抽出方法。

【請求項4】前記抽出工程の後に、キノン化合物を吸着させる吸着工程を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のキノン化合物の抽出方法。

【請求項5】前記キノン化合物がユビキノン10であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のキノン化合物の抽出方法。

【請求項6】環境由来試料を投入可能な抽出容器と、この抽出容器に圧縮二酸化炭素を挿通させる送液ラインと、この送液ラインに圧縮二酸化炭素を送るポンプと、前記抽出容器内を所定の圧力に保持する圧力調節器と、抽出されたキノン化合物を吸着させる吸着用部材とを備えていることを特徴とするキノン化合物の抽出装置。

【請求項7】請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の方法によって抽出されたキノン化合物を用いて、環境中の微生物群集をモニタリングすることを特徴とするキノンプロファイル法。
