Title ELECTROSTATIC SORTING APPARATUS
Abstract In conventional electrostatic sorting apparatuses that use plate-shaped electrodes, in order for sorting precision to not decrease due to an electrostatically charged material to be sorted colliding with the plate-shaped electrodes, and then rebounding from the impact, disclosed is a electrostatic sorting apparatus that has at least one set of rod-shaped anodes that apply a positive voltage; at least one set of rod-shaped cathodes that are disposed facing the aforementioned cathodes and that apply a negative voltage; an insertion port that is disposed above the space between the aforementioned facing electrodes and that is for inserting the charge-treated material to be sorted; and a retrieval unit that is disposed under the aforementioned rod-shaped electrodes and that retrieves the aforementioned charge-treated material to be sorted that drops down having been deflected according to charge characteristics in the electric field generated by means of the aforementioned rod-shaped anodes and rod-shaped cathodes.

【請求項1】 正電圧が印加された少なくとも一組の棒状正電極と、
 前記正電極と対向するよう配置され負電圧が印加された少なくとも一組の棒状負電極と、
 前記対向する電極間の上部に配置され、帯電処理をされた選別材料を投入するための投入口と、
 前記棒状電極の下部に配置され、前記帯電処理され、前記棒状正電極と棒状負電極とにより発生した電界中を帯電特性に応じて偏向して落下する選別材料を回収する回収部と、
を有する静電選別装置。

【請求項2】 前記棒状正電極又は/及び棒状負電極は角のない棒状電極である請求項1に記載の静電選別装置。

【請求項3】 前記棒状正電極又は/及び棒状負電極は、その中心軸を略中心として回転可能に設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の静電選別装置。

【請求項4】 前記棒状正電極又は/及び棒状負電極を回転駆動する駆動部を備える請求項3に記載の静電選別装置。

【請求項5】 前記棒状正電極又は/及び棒状負電極は、選別材料の衝突衝撃により回転自在に軸支されている請求項3に記載の静電選別装置。

【請求項6】 前記棒状電極により生じる電界を制御するための補助電極を有する請求項1から5のいずれか一に記載の静電選別装置。

【請求項7】 前記棒状正電極又は/及び棒状負電極は、同極の棒状電極の上端部を互いに連結するよう設けられた補助電極を有する請求項6に記載の静電選別装置。

【請求項8】 前記対向する棒状電極よりも投入口に対して外側に対向して配置され、かつ、落下方向に対向間隔が広がるように傾いて配置される板状補助電極を有する請求項6又は7に記載の静電選別装置。
