Abstract Disclosed is a resin molding apparatus (100) comprising a pair of molds (10, 20) which are respectively arranged so as to be insulated from the ground with insulating members (11, 21) interposed therebetween, and a molding part (40) which is formed by the pair of molds (10, 20) and in which a resin material (30) is placed. At least the mold (10) among the pair of molds (10, 20) is provided with electrodes (50, 60) at two positions that sandwich the molding part (40). A high frequency current generating device (70) which is capable of flowing a high frequency current having a frequency of not less than 10 kHz is connected to the two electrodes (50, 60).
Scope of claims (In Japanese)
【請求項1】 熱可塑性の樹脂材料をプレス成形する樹脂成形装置であって、
 それぞれグランドから絶縁されるように絶縁材を介して配置された一対の金型と、
 前記一対の金型によって形成され、前記樹脂材料が配置される成形部と、
 前記一対の金型のうち少なくとも一方の金型において、前記成形部を挟む2点に設けられた電極と、
 前記成形部を挟む2つの電極に電気的に接続され、前記電極間に周波数が10kHz以上の高周波電流を流すことができる高周波電流発生装置と、
を備えた、樹脂成形装置。

【請求項2】 前記一対の金型は、それぞれ前記成形部を挟む2点に電極が設けられており、
 前記高周波電流発生装置は、一対の金型の成形部を挟む2つの電極に並列に接続されている、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形装置。

【請求項3】 それぞれグランドから絶縁されるように絶縁材を介して配置された一対の金型の成形部に、熱可塑性の樹脂材料を配置する工程と、
 前記一対の金型に設けた電極を通じて、前記一対の金型に周波数が10kHz以上の高周波電流を流すことによって、前記一対の金型を加熱して、前記成形部に配置された樹脂材料を成形する工程と、
を備えた樹脂成形方法。
