Title LOAD MEASURING APPARATUS
Abstract Provided is a high-precision load measuring apparatus having an expanded measurement range. A load section (13) is arranged on one end of a long and narrow beam member (12). A supporting member (11) supports the beam member (12) on the beam member (12) side closer to the other end than the load section (13). A displacement sensor (14) is composed of a capacitive sensor and is arranged to measure the displacement of the load section (13). The beam member (12) has a pair of long and narrow board-like leg sections (26), which are arranged in parallel with a space therebetween in the thickness direction, and a connecting section (25) which connects the end sections of the board-like leg sections (26) on the side of the load section (13). The beam member (12) is supported by the supporting member (11) such that the distance between the position where the beam member is supported by the supporting member (11) and the load section (13) can be varied. Each of the board-like leg sections (26) has a slot (28), which is composed of a long and narrow hole arranged in the length direction, in the center section in the width direction.

【請求項1】 細長く、一端に荷重部が設けられた梁部材と、
 前記梁部材の前記荷重部より他端側で前記梁部材を支持する支持部材と、
 前記荷重部の変位を測定可能に設けられた変位センサとを有し、
 前記梁部材は、厚さ方向に間隔を開けて互いに平行に配置された細長い1対の板状脚部と、前記荷重部側の各板状脚部の端部を連結する連結部とを有し、前記支持部材による支持位置と前記荷重部との距離を変更可能に前記支持部材に支持されていることを、
 特徴とする荷重測定装置。

【請求項2】 前記変位センサは静電容量センサから成ることを、特徴とする請求項1記載の荷重測定装置。

【請求項3】 各板状脚部は幅方向の中央部に長さ方向に沿って設けられた細長い穴から成るスロットを有することを、特徴とする請求項1または2記載の荷重測定装置。

【請求項4】 前記梁部材は、細長い板状の部材の両端部を中央部に対して同じ方向に垂直に折り曲げることにより、中央部が連結部を成し、折り曲げられた両端部が各板状脚部を成すよう形成され、各板状脚部の長さ方向に沿ってスライド可能に前記支持部材に支持されており、
 前記荷重部は針状のチップから成り、一方の板状脚部の表面から垂直に突出するよう前記梁部材の一端に固定され、
 前記変位センサは前記荷重部の突出方向の変位を測定可能であることを、
 特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の荷重測定装置。

【請求項5】 前記梁部材は複数から成り、互いに剛性が異なっており、各梁部材の内、最も剛性が大きい梁部材を既存の荷重センサにより校正可能であり、校正された梁部材により前記変位センサを校正可能であり、さらに校正された梁部材および前記変位センサにより他の梁部材を校正可能であることを、特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載の荷重測定装置。

【請求項6】 前記板状脚部の幅方向から、変位前後の前記荷重部を撮影可能に設けられた撮影手段を有することを、特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4または5記載の荷重測定装置。
