A plurality of image data are correlated with beforehand-collection behavior instructions and stored in image-correlating behavior storage means (11). Image data of a behaving object is acquired in time series as robot behavior image data. An image data identification and behavior instruction generation device (14) identifies, in time series, image data corresponding to the image data contained in the robot behavior image data from a plurality of image data stored in the image-correlating behavior instruction storage means (11) and gives the beforehand-collection behavior instruction corresponding to the identified image data as a behavior instruction to a robot, thereby driving the robot.
