| Abstract | Disclosed is a data conversion method that is based on a negative .beta.-map, is favorable in an A/D converter or a chaos generation circuit, is suited to mounting via an integrated circuit, and can perform a stable operation of a circuit. The data conversion method based on a negative .beta.-map is provided with: a discrete time integrator (1) of which the amplification factor is s and the damping factor is .beta.; a quantizer (2) that is connected in series to the discrete time integrator (1); and a feedback circuit that comprises a logic inverter (4) and a .beta.-fold coefficient multiplier (3) connected from the output side of the quantizer (2) to the input side of the discrete time integrator (1). |
