Disclosed is a method for detecting a biological signal of a three-dimensional cell culture material.
The method for detecting a biological signal of a three-dimensional cell culture material comprises the steps of: providing a three-dimensional cell culture material comprising a cell layer composed of at least two layers laminated on each other and sensor particles capable of detecting the biological signal; and observing the sensor particles optically.
Preferably, the three-dimensional cell culture material comprises an extracellular matrix comprising a combination of a protein or polymer having an RGD sequence and a protein or polymer capable of interacting with the protein or polymer having the RGD sequence or a combination of a positively-charged protein or polymer and a negatively-charged protein or polymer.
