Title METHOD FOR INDUCING DIFFERENTIATION OF DENTAL PULP CELLS INTO ODONTOBLASTS commons
Abstract Provided is an efficient method for inducing differentiation of dental pulp cells into odontoblasts. Also provided is a differentiation inducer that can efficiently induce differentiation into odontoblasts. The provided method induces differentiation of dental pulp cells into odontoblasts by using a substance that can activate the Wnt signaling pathway, and the provided differentiation inducer comprises a substance that can activate the Wnt signaling pathway. Specifically, said substance is selected from among sodium perchlorate, lithium chloride, Norrin, and R-Spondin2.
