Abstract Disclosed is a three dimensional coordinate location device capable of accurately locating one or a plurality of arbitrary coordinates in a three dimensional space using simple operations. The three dimensional coordinate location device is provided with: a reference plane setting unit (22) for setting an arbitrary reference plane (31) in a three dimensional space; a reference point determination unit (23) for determining a reference value for an arbitrary point on the set reference plane (31); a light beam irradiation unit (25) for irradiating a virtual light beam (33) from a determined reference point (32) at an arbitrary angle; a point location unit (26) for locating an arbitrary point on the irradiated light beam; and a coordinate calculation unit (27) for calculating the three dimensional coordinates of the located point.
