Title THIOSULFONATE COMPOUND, REVERSIBLY CATIONIZING AGENT FOR PROTEINS AND/OR PEPTIDES, AND METHOD FOR SOLUBILIZATION commons
Abstract Provided are: a novel thiosulfonate compound which can cationize a wider variety of proteins and peptides precisely and reversibly with high quality stability and is thus useful for high-level purification and recovery; a reversibly cationizing agent for proteins and/or peptides; and a method for the solubilization of proteins and/or peptides using the same. Specifically provided is a thiosulfonate compound that has three or more quaternary ammonium cations in one molecule.
