| Abstract | It becomes possible to stably deliver an inhaled granular drug to a part at which the granular drug is to be administered, while reducing burdens on patients. In the supply of a granular drug into a body by an air stream, the air stream is a double-layered stream composed of a core air stream (A) and a clad air stream (B) that is formed outside the core air stream, wherein the drug is dispersed in the core air stream (A) and the velocity of the clad air stream (B) is increased compared to that of the core air stream (A). The drug dispersed in the core air stream (A) reaches the part at which the drug is to be administered in the state where the drug is protected by the clad air stream (B), without contacting with the throat or the like. The cross-sectional area of the air stream is reduced compared to that of the throat, and is delivered to an upper side of the throat. |
