発明の概要(英語) Provided are a self-renewal promoter for neural stem cells and a method for using same. An ECF-L, which is contained in culture supernatant of bone marrow-origin vascular endothelial precursor cells, has an effect of promoting the self-renewal of neural stem cells. Thus, the ECF-L can be used as an ingredient of a self-renewal promoter for neural stem cells, a medicinal composition for proliferating neural stem cells and a medicinal composition for treating diseases causing nerve dysfunction.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART

Therefore, the growth of neural stem cells can be artificially controlled though not, increasing the number of endogenous neural stem cells and the it is difficult to realize.
