Title THERMOFLUORESCENT MATERIAL AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING SAME achieved
Abstract Provided is a thermofluorescent material that shows thermofluorescence having a luminescence intensity distribution which is present in a visible region that does not overlap the intensity peak of the thermal luminescence of the thermofluorescent material itself and which has one peak in the range of temperatures to which the resin to be used as a binder can be optically resistant. Also provided is a process for producing the thermofluorescent material. The thermofluorescent material comprises lithium heptaborate as a base and copper as a luminescent center present in the base and has a luminescence intensity distribution in terms of relationship between thermofluorescence and temperature, the distribution having only one peak in the range of 45-130ºC and being unimodal.
Scope of claims [claim1]
