A method and a device for controlling the injection of a fuel for a marine diesel engine for controlling the marine diesel engine so as to match a loading state at a time point when the fuel is injected. The method comprises a step for measuring, by a prescribed number of times, the fuel injection amount and the rotational speed of the marine diesel engine at prescribed time intervals and inputting the measurements, a step for obtaining a relational expression fulfilling the requirement of a relation between the fuel injection amount and the rotational speed of the marine diesel engine, a step for calculating, by using the relational expression, the fuel injection amount (uk) to be injected at present when the rotational speed of the marine diesel engine is set to a target rotational speed, and a step for controlling the opening of the fuel injection valve of the marine diesel engine so as to match the calculated present fuel injection amount.
