HOLOGRAPHIC MICROSCOPE, MICROSCOPIC SUBJECT HOLOGRAM IMAGE RECORDING METHOD, METHOD OF CREATION OF HOLOGRAM FOR REPRODUCTION OF HIGH-RESOLUTION IMAGE, AND METHOD FOR REPRODUCTION OF IMAGE
Provide are a microscopic subject hologram image recording method, a method of creation of holograms for playing of high-resolution images, a method of playing images, and a holographic microscope, such that a complex amplitude inline hologram with a large numerical aperture can be recorded in one shot, a hologram can be created that is capable of reproducing an image that has resolution exceeding the pixel spacing limits of a light-receiving element and that is undistorted, and the image can be reproduced at a compressed computational quantity. Interference (ILR) created by inline spherical wave light (L) and off-axis reference light (R) is recorded with a light-receiving element (4), and spatial-frequency filtering is applied to obtain a complex amplitude inline hologram (JLR). The spatial-frequency filtering is applied to a hologram (IOR) wherein the reference light (R) is used to record object light (O) from a microscopic subject whereupon the inline spherical wave light (L) is projected, thus obtaining an off-axis hologram (JOR). A complex amplitude inline hologram (JOL) is generated and recorded wherein the reference light component (R) is excluded by dividing the data by the data of the hologram (JLR).
