Title METAL COMPLEX, FLUORESCENT PROBE
Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fluorescent probe which has a high reaction rate and a metal complex which can be used as the main component of the fluorescent probe. This metal complex is composed of a metal complex having a ligand penta-coordinated with a center metal and a fluorescent compound bound to the metal complex through an amide bond. Specifically, a metal complex represented by general formula (III) is exemplified. This fluorescent probe utilizes the metal complex. (In the formula, M represents any one of Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn, Ni, Co and Ru.)
