Abstract The transparent conductive thin film of the single layer carbon nano-tube which more can improve the conductive optical permeability and which the casual shoes of the film forming process can seek and manufacturing method thereof are provided. It comprises the process, of dividing into the amine solution containing the metallic single layer carbon nano-tube (m-SWNTs) and amine in which the boiling point the single layer carbon nano-tube mixing is 20~400℃ as the dispersing agent and the process, of obtaining the dispersed solution of the m-SWNTs high content the m-SWNTs is concentrated it filters it centrifuges the obtained dispersed solution and the process of coating materials with the dispersed solution of the obtained m-SWNTs high content and forming a thin film.
