A method for producing the gene targeting vector, including linking a DNA fragment that is homologous to a 5' upstream region of the target site, a selection marker where a DNA sequence capable of bicistronic expression is present 5' upstream, and a DNA fragment that is homologous to a 3' downstream region of the target site. |
