Title ALIPHATIC AMINO ACID LABELED WITH STABLE ISOTOPE, METHOD OF INSERTING THE SAME IN TARGET PROTEIN, AND METHOD OF NMR CONFORMATION ANALYSIS OF PROTEIN
Abstract

A combination of aliphatic amino acids labeled with stable isotope for realizing of an analysis of the conformation of protein of high molecular weight, especially molecular weight as high as exceeding 60 kDa. There is provided a combination of amino acids labeled with stable isotope characterized in that arginine (Arg), glutamine (Gln), glutamic acid (Glu), lysine (Lys), methionine (Met) and proline (Pro) satisfy the following label patterns: (b) one of methylene hydrogens of methylene group at one or more positions is deuterized, and both of two methylene hydrogens of methylene group at one or more positions are deuterized

and (d) when a methyl group exists, one hydrogen of the methyl group is left intact and the other hydrogens are deuterized, or alternatively the methyl group is wholly deuterized.
