A perylene tetracarboxylic acid bisimide derivative characterized by being represented by chemical formula (I), a tautomer or stereoisomer of the derivative, or a salt of the derivative or the tautomer or stereoisomer. In chemical formula (I), R1 to R6 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an organooligosiloxane or any substituent, wherein at least one represents a univalent substituent derived from an organooligosiloxane
L1 and L2 independently represent a single bond or a linking group
R7 to R10 independently represent a lower alkyl group or a halogen atom
and o, p, q and r independently represent an integer of 0 to 2.
