発明の概要(英語) [Problem] To provide tubular epithelial progenitor cells and a process for producing same.
[Solution] Tubular epithelial progenitor cells can be produced by carrying out a method that includes a culture step to obtain partially differentiated cells produced by culturing pluripotent stem cells, and an isolation step to isolate cells that express KSP-cadherin from these partially differentiated cells.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
In regenerative medicine, embryonic stem cells or induced pluripotent stem cell such as a pluripotent stem cells, end-stage renal failure patient a useful resource for regeneration of the kidney which may be considered.
