and one or a plurality of metallic elements selected from the group consisting of Mg, Al, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Pd, Ag, Au and Pb. When the alloy absorbs heat from the surroundings, the alloy changes from a solid phase to a liquid phase and stores the heat as latent heat. When the alloy releases the heat to the surroundings, the alloy changes from a liquid phase to a solid phase and releases the latent heat.
