In addition, the dielectric layers (30a, ..., 30d) in the laminated capacitor (100) comprise a laminated oxide of: a first oxide layer constituted by an oxide comprising bismuth and niobium, or an oxide (which can include unavoidable impurities) comprising bismuth, zinc, and niobium
and a second oxide layer constituted by one type of oxide (which can include unavoidable impurities) selected from a group including an oxide comprising lanthanum and tantalum, an oxide comprising lanthanum and zirconium, and an oxide comprising strontium and tantalum.
