[Problem] To enable precise reproduction of a weak signal contained in an input signal without requiring N independent noise sources or applying noise to N input signals. [Solution] The invention is a signal playback device that, given an input signal superimposing noise on a weak signal that is transmission information, plays the weak signal by means of stochastic resonance. Said signal reproduction device comprises: nonlinear elements (NL1 to NLN) that input N (N is a natural number equal to 2 or more) received signals (R) branched to N branch lines (L1 to LN), and output nonlinear output signals (NLO1 to NLON)
N delay elements (D1 to DN) that delay the nonlinear output signals by mutually different amounts of time
and a combiner (10) that combines delay signals (DS1 to DSn) output by the delay elements (D1 to DN). The correlation among noise components contained in the delay signals (DS1 to DSn) that delay the nonlinear output signals is extremely small, and the correlation of the weak signal is large. In a combined delay signal (DA), a noise component is removed, and the weak signal is amplified.
