A steam power cycle system can improve the performance of the entire system by appropriately progressing heat exchange between a working fluid that is a non-azeotropic mixture and a heat source and causing the temperature of the working fluid that undergoes phase change to approach the temperature of the heat source as much as possible. More specifically, a plurality of condensers (14, 15) are provided while being connected in series, and a gas-phase working fluid emitted from an expansion machine is introduced into the respective condensers (14, 15) and condensed to thereby change the composition ratio of a mixture in the working fluid in each of the condensers (14, 15). Consequently, by making the percentage of a low-boiling substance of the working fluid higher toward the last-stage condenser (15), it is possible to make the condensation temperature of the working fluid lower than that in the preceding-stage condenser (14), and by decreasing the temperature of the working fluid at the exit of each of the condensers in sequence, it is possible to cause the temperature of the fluid temperature to approach a low-temperature fluid temperature as much as possible, and reliably improve cycle heat efficiency by efficiently using the temperature difference between heat sources.
