発明の名称 (英語) METHOD FOR INTRODUCING FLORIGEN
発明の概要(英語) The present invention relates to a method for introducing florigen to the cells of the shoot apex tissue of a plant using a membrane transport peptide. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for introducing florigen to the cells of the shoot apex tissue of a plant, and the method comprises a step for bringing the shoot apex tissue of a plant into contact with a florigen introducing solution in which the florigen and membrane transport peptide are present in the same one solvent. The invention further relates to an agent which comprises florigen and a membrane transport peptide and that is for introducing florigen to the cells of the shoot apex tissue of a plant, and a kit for introducing florigen to the cells of the shoot apex tissue of a plant.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Food production, chemical production and biomass production such as on the competitiveness of the agricultural production is to strengthen it, there is a need to adjust a flower formation essential. As a technique for adjusting the flower formation, utilizing a change in an environmental change or a genetic technique. However, flower formation can be adjusted utilizing a change in environment, a large number of crops cannot be universally, environment (for example day length and temperature) and weak reactions to plant species, plant species having a large size cannot be applied. In addition, flower formation using genetic change by the adjustment, produced recombinantly or the type of cross breeding techniques but, in order to obtain a desired type may be required for a long time of more than 10 years between, good quality genetic insufficient resources, failure of the traits that chain is unavoidable, it is difficult to genetically modified plant seed is present which is problematic.
In plants, flowering is the universal determined and proposed as a molecule, in recent years, the molecular entity is a protein that the bronzing phenomenon. Are combined and are leaves , and long distance movement within the plant to the top of the stem, reach the top stems to start the formation of flower buds. The original proposed but their presence has assumed that the low molecular weight compounds and thus, the formation of flower buds of the plant can induce processing and has been considered. However this entity is the molecular weight of about 22,000 spherical protein, cannot penetrate the cell membrane from the size, effects also for the processing of the plant as it cannot be considered.
A flower using for adjusting the formation, wherein the gene encoding have been isolated (patent document 1, non-patent document 1). A gene encoding as a use, was transformed with a gene encoding in rice, the rice plant not transformed compared, germination is promoted (Patent Document 1) or the presence of, one of the gene encoding 1 by introducing mutations in the Hd3a, is regulated by a period in which the flower formation have been reported (non-patent document 2). Non-patent document 3 is also, considered to be agents antagonism of a homologue of the TFL1 gene in the transformed plants were, flower formation was observed and a delay is disclosed. In Patent Document 3, highly homologous Arabidopsis thaliana ft gene, CiFT2 gene is used to express a protein derived from satsuma mandarin is allowed, the incision of a branch of the trifoliate orange CiFT2 protein was injected into the xylem tissue have been reported. However Patent Document 3 in all embodiments, processing by the protein CiFT2 to promote flower is not the fact that unless explicitly stated otherwise. In other words Patent Document 3, not treated with CiFT2 protein on the plant treated with a plant CiFT2 protein was seen in the same manner as the flower are explicitly (patent document 3, paragraph 0128 and 0139). Is Patent Document 3, or CiFT2 protein to serve as , and, with respect to the CiFT2 protein which are introduced within the plant will be, has been identified not not shown.
Fluorescence proteins such as protein, an animal cell or plant a method introduced directly into a cell have been reported. One of the 1, transmembrane peptides there is known a technique (patent document 2, non-patent document 4, 5). In non-patent document 4, a fluorescent protein to a membrane-bound peptides can be used to culture plant is introduced into the cell is disclosed. In Patent Document 2, various wheat tissue, membrane penetration peptides can be used, it is disclosed that is introduced to the fluorescent protein and, in the non-patent document 5, a fluorescent protein to a membrane-bound peptides can be used to introducing the roots of the onions is disclosed. However, such as vegetable proprietary functionality of the protein, and to a membrane-bound peptides can be introduced directly into the plant, further preferably a protein has been reported that is functional in plant bodies has not been made yet.
