発明の概要(英語) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vaccine which can meet a market need satisfactorily. The purpose can be achieved using a bionanocapsule which has an antibody against a surface protein of a dendritic cell and also has a virus-like particle containing a virus surface antigen protein.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Hepatitis B virus surface antigen mainly protein or a variant thereof, expressed in eukaryotes such as yeast cells obtained by virus-like particle, a drug to a specific tissue, the gene or the like as a carrier for the delivery of useful nano DDS have already been reported.
Such a virus-like particle itself, nano DDS to cancer and liver tissues particularly useful as a carrier, the desired tissue expressing at delivery protein or sugar chain specific to a biomolecule such as a molecule that binds to a virus-like particle carrying it, the drug, the gene or the like, such tissue specific nano DDS as a carrier for the delivery of action and effects are also known (Patent Document 1-13).
The development of effective vaccines, in a step to overcome the infection is very useful. In addition, in the treatment of cancer, to activate cell-mediated immunity to attack the cancer cells such as new therapies based on mechanisms also have been developed. Based on the background as described above, it is possible to obtain a good quality of vaccine, in recent years, increasingly demanded.
In response to such a market needs, immune system cells responsible for an important role in antigen recognition, the antigenic substance among dendritic cells, to efficiently deliver a nucleic acid or the like DDS technique, actively dendritic cells such as the antigenic substance and the like can be presented techniques have been developed (non-patent document 1 and 2).
