発明の概要(英語) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition having a tissue repairing activity that is capable of promoting a reaction relating to tissue repairing. Disclosed is a composition having an activity of repairing a tissue, said composition comprising at least one component selected from the group consisting of: a first component that is a protein having a monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) activity; a second component that is a protein having the extracellular domain activity of sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-type lectin-9 (Siglec-9); and a third component that is chondroitin sulfate or chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
The inflammatory response, foreign matter, pathogen, tissue protection and repair in a series of processes involved. Elimination of a pathogen of the inflammatory reaction in tissue defense processes, accumulation of macrophages and microglia-tissue destruction. However, excessive integrated occurs and causes a self-tissue damage, or to exacerbate pain. On the other hand, in tissue repair processes, tissue repair or tissue macrophages of the microglia promote repair.
For the purpose of treating a damaged portion, pulp stem cells such as stem cells a composition comprising a culture supernatant described to be effective (Patent Document 1).
