発明の概要(英語) The present invention provides a method for refolding an antibody, a process for producing a refolded antibody, a refolded antibody, and uses of these. This method, which is for refolding an antibody in a liquid phase, and the process for producing a refolded antibody each comprise: a step in which an inert antibody having a peptide coupled thereto directly or through a linker is modified, the peptide having a lower isoelectric point than the inert antibody; and a step in which the inert antibody which has a peptide coupled thereto and which has been modified in the above-mentioned step is dispersed in a liquid phase.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
