発明の概要(英語) A nano-capsule contains a protein which comprises an amino acid sequence comprising: the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1; and a first amino acid sequence and/or a second amino acid sequence which is added to the aforementioned amino acid sequence, wherein the first amino acid sequence can modify a hydrophobic helical domain that begins with an N-terminal and the second amino acid sequence corresponds to a domain capable of being ubiquitinated.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
As a drug delivery system (DDS), polylactic acid and chitosan from a biocompatible polymeric material is used. The polymeric material, and industrial mass production, is expected as the material of the DDS, and efficacy at the site of delivery of the encapsulate drugs improves specificity of the site of delivery is difficult. On the other hand, as a method of gene delivery vehicle, a method of using a viral vector or non-viral vectors have been studied is, chromosomal abnormalities, due to the low effective expression of the gene have been noted such a problem.
As the material of the new DDS, protein-based nano-capsule has been studied. The non-patent document 1, specific for a given type of cells are delivered to the modified archaebacteria methanococcus, pear (Methanococcus jannaschii) plunger derived from heat shock protein (HSP) formed by the disclosed structure. On the surface of the HSP, is incorporated into a targeting peptide or antibody. May be an antibody or peptide is expressed in a given type of cells via binding to a target molecule, formed by the HSP structure may be delivered to a given cell specific.
