Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
Conventionally, somatic cells, as the nuclear reprogramming factor 4 (OCT3/4 gene, SOX2 gene, KLF4 gene, and, c-MYC gene) is introduced, iPS cells (induced pluripotent stem cell) known to produce. However, factors of 4, for example, c-MYC gene, could be the risk of tumor formation, it is desired to not use. That is, the nuclear reprogramming substances or combinations of study is demanded.
In Patent Document 1, pulp stem cells, as the nuclear reprogramming factor 3 (OCT3/4 gene, SOX2 gene, and, gene KLF4) is brought into contact with, are making iPS cells. In addition, in non-patent document 1, somatic cells, as the nuclear reprogramming factor 4 (OCT3/4 gene, SOX2 gene, KLF4 gene, and, Glis1 gene) is introduced, are making iPS cells.

 少なくともDLX4遺伝子又はその翻訳産物を含む核初期化物質と細胞とを接触させる工程を含む、人工多能性幹細胞の作製方法。

 前記核初期化物質は、さらに、OCTファミリー遺伝子又はその翻訳産物と、SOXファミリー遺伝子又はその翻訳産物と、を含む、請求項1に記載の作製方法。

 前記核初期化物質は、さらに、KLF4ファミリー遺伝子又はその翻訳産物を含む請求項1に記載の作製方法。

 前記細胞は、歯髄細胞である請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の作製方法。
